The challenge
How might we adopt quickly to the look and feel of future event sponsors?
It is crucial to adapt quickly and efficiently in times of rapid change. The telecommunications provider Orange, which we supported for several years, faced this challenge when they commissioned us to revise and expand the Orange Cinema website. Our task was to make the web app's UI design flexible and adaptable for the future transformation of Orange to Salt.
The Result
Faster adoption and lower re-branding costs for new sponsors by keeping the usability and user-experience consistent.
Using a component-based structure and design system concerning white labeling, we efficiently rebranded and optimized both appearance and functionality for four sponsors – Orange, Salt, ZKB, and Alliance – while keeping adoption costs low.
My Role in the Project
Lead Interaction Designer
As the Lead Interaction Designer overseeing Eyecatcher AG’s creative direction, I guided the development team through every phase of the design process in a co-creative, iterative approach. We explored innovative solutions, prioritized user-friendly functionality, and ensured the final experience met Oranges high aesthetic and brand standards as taking a look into the future and keeping an eye on white labeling.
